Working Principle of Swivel Bus Seats

The seat is lowered from the interior of the bus through the platform to the chassis position, rotated out of the bus and lowered again to a certain height.



The passenger transfers from the wheelchair to the seat, either by himself or with the help of other persons.



The seat is maneuvered up and rotated back into the coach, the platform lifts the seat into the interior of the vehicle.



Advantages of Wheelchair Storages

After the bus is equipped with a seat lifting device, the total number of vehicle seats remains unchanged, and there is no need to remove other seats or open up additional wheelchair space, which improves space utilization. Compared with riding in a wheelchair, passengers can directly use the original vehicle's supporting seats, which greatly improves comfort and safety.
